"The Will of Elisha Kale - 25 Aug 1849; Of sound mind and memory; Executor to provide body a decent burial and pay all just debts. To Daughter, Matilda Kale, his bureau, his bed and all its necessary furniture, a clock, a cupboard, and remaining part of household and kitchen furniture, three hogs, 50-bushels of corn. The residue of the estate is to be sold and debts owing collected. If any surplus, Matilda Kale is to receive it."
